Project-Mu HC+ (Hyper Carbon +) is mainly used in street, track and rally conditions. HC+ is more aggressive than NS but has excellent fade resistance and superior braking control. The special compound material acts to improve noise reduction and heat insulation. Brake pad shims are cut specially to suit specific vehicle models and fit perfectly with genuine pads and those made by other manufacturers. They can be attached easily with the adhesive sheet on the shim. The shims are incredible slim – around 0.6mm – in order to minimise any potential effect on brake touch.
